Analysis - Our trained and experienced Technical
Recruiters will conduct an initial phone screen to identify
key professional and technical qualifications.
- During an in-person
interview at Bradford & Galt, we will share our company
history, culture and employment expectations with our
candidates. Additionally, an in-depth evaluation is conducted
to assess a candidate's personal/professional requirements,
career goals and job qualifications necessary to meet
Bradford & Galt's high standards of quality.
Screening - An
in-depth interview and/or evaluation is conducted to further
assess a candidate's technical skill and experience level.
- Each applicant must provide at least two supervisory
references prior to final acceptance.
- In some circumstances,
we may ask for work samples. This allows us to carefully
evaluate the candidate's proficiency against special client
expectations and needs.
Testing - Often our
clients require our employees to take specialized tests
(drug screening, background check, etc.) prior to commencing
work. Such tests are performed prior to an assignment
start and the results are shared with our candidates and
